2. Registration Categories and fees

* Students must upload their student ID card from the registration page or scan and e-mail it to Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate program of a university or college.
* Poster Presenters (Type A) are required to complete early registration for their Full Conference Pass.
Presenters wishing to submit posters to the poster board on 17th June only (Type B) are required to complete EITHER their registration for a Full Conference Pass or a 1-day Pass.

3. Online registration procedure

Please click on the Online Registration link at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions.
* We do not accept Registration by telephone, fax or email.
* If your registration has been registered correctly, an automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered during the registration process. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, there is a possibility that your registration was incomplete or your e-mail address was wrong. If a wrong address has been registered, please contact the congress secretariat at

4. Method of Payment

* ALL payments must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by credit card only:
- Credit Card accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB

5. Cancellation of Participation

Notice of cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Registration office.
The following refund will be applied depending on the date of notification by e-mail.
Cancellation and Refunds:
On or before March 31st 17:00 PM, 2018 (JST) Free of charge
After March 31st 17:00 PM, 2018 (JST) No refund
* The cancellation charge will be based on the date notification is received.
* All refunds will be made on the basis of the rules established by the credit card company.

6. Badges

Those who completed the payment in advance and who are not Japanese nationals will be able to receive their Name Badge, Registration Receipt and Certificate of Attendance at the conference venue. Please pick your badge up at the reception desk on-site.

7. Luncheon seminar/Workshop

  • Participants registering for a Full Conference Pass can apply to attend the luncheon seminars on Day 1 and Day 2. Please note that the seminar on Day 1 is in Japanese only: simultaneous interpretation will not be provided.
  • On Day 2, simultaneous interpretation is available for luncheon seminar13. (Other seminars on Day 2 are in Japanese only.)
    Places are limited. Please apply as soon as possible to guarantee your seat.
